3:30 PM-4:30 PM Yoga Fun For Kids!
During this fun-filled hour, we will practice matching breath to movement and mindfulness while incorporating music, games, and lots of fun poses! We welcome new yogis as well as experienced ones.
Recommended for ages 5-8+
