The goal of Books with BALANCE is to engage young children through stories, songs, and yoga poses. Our fun and interactive approach enables us to share yoga and mindfulness with children and families. This yoga story event is suitable for families with children ages 2.5 to 5.
3:30 PM-4:30 PM Yoga Fun For Kids!
During this fun-filled hour, we will practice matching breath to movement and mindfulness while incorporating music, games, and lots of fun poses! We welcome new yogis as well as experienced ones.
